Sleight Farm, a community of custom-built homes, approached Katy Dwyer Design because its website and brand image were not communicating the desired message or reaching the right people.
Challenge: When Sleight Farm first came to KDD, the sales team felt hindered by the state of its current website. A refreshed brand, reimagined website, and improved user experience were needed to increase engagement and drive sales. In addition, the website needed to be scalable as new communities were added.
Result: KDD refreshed the Sleight Farm logo and designed a new website that offers potential homebuyers a glimpse into the possibilities of their future home. The site engages users and encourages click-through with a full photo library and available model features. The improved website also allowed for an effective SEO strategy to be implemented and made it easy for Sleight Farm’s team to create content as new communities became available. KDD has continued to work with Sleight Farm, supporting its marketing and sales efforts with brochures, booklets, sell sheets, promotional items, billboards, signage, and more.
